The sunbed reservation policy is a nightmare!!! Noise from children's activities near pool areas ruins relaxation!!! Limited evening dining options restrict choices after dinner!!! The air conditioning in the rooms needs serious improvement!!!

Very spacious rooms

- Hotel is located in port. To reach the beach you must cross the entire parking. - Although parking is very large, if you rent a car, you can not get free parking becouse the hotel has only 10 parking spaces and for them anyway (if you're lucky to get a parking card) you'll pay 30 euro / week.Otherwise you pay 10 euro / day. - Pool is tiny compared with hotel capacity, if you're lucky to find a place on the pool, however it is very cold because it is poorly located. - If you go with a child, must take them slip slippers. Room floor is very dangerous. - Sunday and Tuesday are not days of cleaning room :) Although our last day was Thursday, our room was not cleaned on this day, so we spent 8 nights and we received only 5 days of cleaning. - If you choose half board, for dinner you must choose from the beginning a fixed time: 7 , 8 or 8:45.Be careful not to be late or you'll be "put in the corner" by staff.They have a fantastic nerve.

The rooms are a nice size and brand-new with amazing views. The property has an unbeatable and convenient location, just next door to the many good restraunts, beach and restaurants and sea and the sunset in one direction and over the harbour in the other. You will be about a 10-minute drive from Playa de Puerto Rico.

Infinity pool has great views. Breakfast could use more variety. Lots of activities like aerobics available for families. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Dinner meals are delicious, congrats to the chef and staff! Nice view to the port and lovely infinity pool.

The parking belongs to port and has to be paid (10 EUR / day); the hotel can provide parking permits for 35 EUR / week which is ok, but there are very few (like 5 permits at 200 rooms) so you have to be lucky to get one... The breakfast is acceptable (although service is very good), entertainment is poor.

I loved the infinity pool with fine ocean views. The room was spacious and had nice touches like welcome drinks. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Dining options at the pool bar were delicious and reasonably priced. My family had a great experience overall 😊

Elevator, allways broken

We enjoyed our stay very much. Good location and very helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was excellent and set within a reasonable time period - no rushing! Likewise, the themed evening buffet offered a varied selection of good quality food to suit all tastes. The infinity pool area was also very nice and relaxing. We would certainly like to visit again and would recommend Marina Suites to friends.

My only complaint would be the glass/drinks stains on the coffee table/ balcony table which I did mention to the lady cleaner who said that these marks were not possible to remove due to the type of material the tables were made of, and that this problem seemed to exist in all suites.

The infinity pool is a dream with fine ocean views. The Select Suite we had was spacious, equipped with air conditioning, a kitchenette with a microwave, and a private terrace to enjoy the sunset. The breakfast buffet had fresh pastries and made-to-order omelettes, perfect to start the day. Staff provided great service, cute us with drinks upon arrival.

Thanks very much all for an incredible stay of value for money. The room was new-fashioned and airy where really spacious with an extremely comfy bed. All very pleasant and immensely pleasant staff, I loved their help. The breakfast was exceptionally good with uncooked pizza, and had all you need.

Wonderful stay with a few minor quirks

Enjoyed the amazing ocean views from our balcony. The child-free area by the jacuzzi was a perfect escape for relaxation. The staff catered to our dietary needs wonderfully! Suggestion , bring earplugs for early morning deliveries and consider a sunshade for afternoons on the balcony.

This was just a fab hotel . Every detail had been taught about to make your stay as pleasurable as possible . Food ,rooms , friendly staff , pool area ,Decoration of hotel and its location . Even on checkout this hotel provides you with shower and changing rooms facilities & luggage storage completely necessary with kids while you wait for your flight . This shows amazing customer service . Will definitely go back again .

Didnt like the low light shades in living area very sharp on the end ! The rug in bedroom very rough to stand on and the rug in living area very easy to trip over .
